Senior Pastor: Barry Taylor
Barry was born and raised in Ottawa. Being called at a young age to full time ministry after graduating high school, he headed out west to Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, where he received his Bachelor of Theology, from Aldersgate College. It was there at college he met Tracey. After getting married they lived and worked in Regina, where Barry ministered at the Free Methodist church for 7 years. He and his wife have three children.
In 1998 they moved here to Courtice to minister here as Associate Pastor. Barry became the senior pastor here at Trulls Road Free Methodist Church in October of 2002. It's his desire to help others develop lives that are more like Jesus calls us to, changing the world around us one life at a time.

Spiritual Formation: Pastor Kevin Jones
It was during a period of deep personal crisis that Kevin first responded to God’s call to prepare for pastoral ministry. After serving as pastor to a church community in Unionville, Ontario he was led by God to return to the corporate sector; a time of reflection, brokenness, repentance and restoration.
He joins the Trulls Road Free Methodist Church team as Associate Pastor of Discipleship and desires that all would come to know, love and serve the Lord Jesus Christ with all their heart, mind, soul and strength.

Student Ministries: Pastor Kris Gowdy
Kris joined the staff at Trulls in October, 2005. His family has been part of the congregation since 1989. Since then he has been down a winding and scenic path learning a lot about God and ministry. Kris graduated from Bethany Bible College in Sussex, NB with a B.A. in Religion focusing on Youth Ministry and Christian Counselling. Prior to coming to Trulls Kris served as Assistant Pastor for Student Ministries and Worship at New Hope Free Methodist church in Rochester, NY. He is continuing studies at Tyndale Seminary in North York.
Kris’ passion is to share life and the hope of the gospel with teens to help them discover the great things God has in store for them.

Care Ministries: Pastor Karen Martin
Karen grew up in the village of Orono where many life lessons were learned – including the value of caring for one another.  Through supporting people with special needs, Karen further developed her people caring skills.  Karen grew up with a belief in God however it wasn’t until she became a young mother that she came to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  Karen continues to share this growing faith relationship with her husband Tom and their 4 children.  Her family began attending Trulls Road in 1986 where she has had opportunity to learn where her passions for serving the kingdom rest.  In 1997 she responded to the invitation to share her gifts as Director of Care.  Karen desires to grow with the people of this church to increasingly be agents of God’s healing, compassion and acceptance.
